Build the backbone that doesn’t blink. k-connected overlays. AS-smart placement. Anycast edges. QUIC/UDP where it counts. Telemetry everywhere. If BGP misbehaves or traffic floods, your relay still gets blocks across, faster. We track it in propagation graphs, not vibes.
