Privacy notice for applicants
What Allerin does with the information you give us when you apply for a job. Written plainly, because you should be able to read it before you decide to apply.

What we collect
Your email address, which we verify before we store anything else. Your resume, as a file. The details in your profile: name, phone number, city, address, links to your professional profiles, education, experience, current and expected salary, and notice period. Your answers to the questions about the role you applied for.
We also keep a short record of when an application was started, so that we can stop the form being abused by automated traffic. That record holds your email address and a one way hash of your network address, not the address itself, and it is deleted after 30 days.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of our hiring decisions. Nothing here is used for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside Allerin.
The AI step, stated plainly
When you upload your resume, the text in it is sent to Google's Gemini API so that your profile can be filled in for you instead of you retyping it. Google processes that text on our behalf and does not use it to train its models under the terms that apply to us. The result is only ever a suggestion: you see every field it filled, marked as read from your resume, and you correct anything wrong before your application is submitted. No decision about your application is made by a machine. Every application is read by a person.
If you would rather your resume were not processed this way, write to talent@allerin.com and we will take your application by email instead.
Who can see it
Only the Allerin talent team and the hiring managers for the role you applied to. Access to the recruiter console is restricted to named accounts, and every time someone opens your resume it is recorded.
How long we keep it
365 days after your most recent application, after which your profile, your answers and your resume file are deleted. If you are hired, your record moves into our employee records and this notice stops applying to it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act within 30 days. Quote the reference number from your application if you have one. Deleting your data means we can no longer consider you for the role you applied to, which we will tell you before we act.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Resume files are stored outside the web server's reach and are only readable through an authenticated, audited download. Application links sent to your email work once and expire after 24 hours.
